When will my order ship?

Each item is made to order. Most pieces are printed and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on demand and location. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.


Because everything is made on demand, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact fallingintolightco@gmail.com within 48 hours of item arrival with photos if there’s an issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be updated or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.


What sizes do you offer?

Most apparel uses unisex sizing. Check the size chart in each listing before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit. Some item colors are labeled by our production partner and may display a slightly different spelling.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the US and Canada.


My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Email fallingintolightco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged once verified.


My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, reach out to me — I’ll help investigate or file a claim with our fulfillment partner.


Are your products sustainable?

Yes — all pieces are printed on demand using eco-friendly inks and recycled materials when available. Every item is made only after you order to reduce overproduction and waste.
