This website is operated by Falling Into Light Co. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your location to use this site and purchase products.

Products and made to order fulfillment
All items are made to order. Because products are created on demand, slight variations in color, placement, and scale may occur. Product photos are representative and screens can display colors differently.

Pricing and availability
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service when needed to prevent fraud, misuse, or policy violations. If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded.

Ordering and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payments are processed through secure third party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order is shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Please review the Shipping and Delivery policy for details.

Refunds and replacements
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer preference.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • Photos of the packaging if it is damaged

  • A brief description of what is wrong

Once approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds are only offered when a replacement is not possible or the issue cannot be resolved. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Order issues and delivery problems
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, your mailbox area, and the carrier first. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will help you with next steps.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs once the item is returned.

Custom and personalized items
If you place a custom or personalized order, you may be asked to approve a proof. Once approved, changes may not be possible. Custom or personalized items follow the same replacement rules listed above if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including designs, artwork, product images, text, logos, and branding, is owned by Falling Into Light Co or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without written consent.

User content and reviews
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant Falling Into Light Co permission to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. If you want your content removed from marketing use, contact us and we will honor the request.
