Where to find your tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Use that link to see the latest carrier updates.
Tracking not moving yet
If your tracking shows label created or no updates, the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Orders with multiple items
If your order includes multiple items, it may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking link.
Marked delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package
Check with household members and neighbors
Look around your mailbox, parcel lockers, and entry area
Contact the carrier to request delivery details
If it still cannot be found, email us and we will help you with next steps
Wrong address
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs once the item is returned.
