All items are made to order. Please read the policy below before purchasing.

Returns and Refunds
I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer preference.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement.

To request a replacement, you must contact me within 30 days of delivery and include

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

  • Photos of the packaging if it is damaged

  • A brief description of what is wrong

Once approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.

Refunds
Refunds are only offered when a replacement is not possible or the issue cannot be resolved. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Issues and Delivery Problems
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, your mailbox area, and the carrier first. If it still cannot be found, contact me and I will help you next steps.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs once the item is returned.
