Thank you for supporting Falling Into Light, where ravewear, poetry, and light meet. Most items are made to order, then shipped with care.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Processing time
Processing time is how long it takes to prepare your order before it ships.
Processing time: 2 to 7 business days
Shipping time
Shipping time begins once your order is in transit with the carrier.
Estimated shipping time: 7 to 21 days

Shipping timelines are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.
Split shipments
If your order includes items that ship from different locations, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking updates.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
If you notice an address mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order is in production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package
Check your mailbox, parcel lockers, and any safe drop area
Ask neighbors or your building office
Wait 24 hours, carriers sometimes mark delivered early
If it still has not shown up, contact us and we will help with next steps.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can help.
